Terms of Service
The ground rules for working with Digital Surgeons Hub. Last updated: September 2026.
1. Services
Digital Surgeons Hub provides digital marketing services (including SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, web design and development, conversion rate optimization, and analytics) and AI automation services (including AI chatbots, workflow automation, CRM automation, lead generation automation, and AI appointment booking). The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for your project are defined in your written proposal or service agreement, which takes precedence over this website’s general descriptions.
2. Quotes and proposals
Quotes provided through this website are estimates based on the information you share. A binding scope of work is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. We may decline or discontinue a project if we determine it is not a good fit.
3. Payments
Fees, payment schedules, and terms are set out in your proposal or service agreement. Work typically begins upon receipt of the agreed initial payment. Late payments may pause active work until the account is brought current.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, content, credentials, and feedback reasonably required to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may shift timelines accordingly.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you (designs, copy, configurations), excluding our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, which remain ours. We may reference our work for you in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement and to use it only for the purposes of the project.
7. No guarantees
Marketing and automation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, and your own execution. While we work to measurable targets, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, revenue figures, or other results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Governing law
